Kyle from the car shop in Swindon has been very polite and very patient with us. He has held our hands throughout all of this and he has been a role model for the company. He has set aside all worries we have had and seems like a hard working young man. Also spoke with Sytner Customer Service (parent company and I believe biggest motor dealer in UK), rep listened to my account and advised it would be referred to senior management and that I would receive a call back once that had happened.

Jane was very helpful, we found her to be genuinely friendly and professional. Excellent service throughout, all questions answered. No showmanship, No following you around pestering for your custom,No pushy sales pitch,Jane was there, when we were ready to enquire. Long gone are the days of no hassle guarantee. All customers are filtered through main doors and sales staff are straight onto customers. Sales advisors blatantly lie and tell customers what they want to here. Bought my car fron the Coventry Store.
